All deliveries will be made 3-5 working days(not inclusive of Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays) upon confirmation of payment.

Returned Goods
All items purchased thru the internet has a warranty period of 7 days(from date of deliveries). All goods to be return must be in original packaging (inclusive of plastic wrapping, Logo intact, accessories attached) together with proof of purchase (receipt). No returning of goods will be entertain should any of the above mentioned conditions not met.

International Deliveries
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery after payment had been made. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges.TNT and Lijay Trading will not be responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office.

We do try to minimize these charges by listing the ‘wholesale’ cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail price value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as “gifts” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees- this is an illegal practice and as an established business, we will not do this. Returns Policy
All goods exported will be packaged in shock proof packaging. Any goods found to be defect due to manufacturing fault are to be return in the original packaging. Any products found defective upon receiving must be notified to the company via email enquiry mailto:enquiry@lijay-incense.com?subject=Defective Products within 7 days. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original (inclusive of plastic wrapping, Logo intact, accessories attached) together with proof of purchase (receipt). No returning of goods will be entertain should any of the above mentioned conditions not met.

Upon acceptance of returned defective products, the company will proceed to refund or replacement of the products or other products of the same value.
